Safe-Sure Care offers companies or individuals complex healthcare training, first aid courses and training for Nurses and Carers. We specialise in the delivery of courses in clinical nurse training including Tracheostomy, PEG care, and Catheterisation as well as Accredited First Aid Courses.
Our healthcare courses are delivered by practising and experienced care professionals with many years of teaching, nursing and first aid experience. Thereby ensuring we provide you with the right experienced practitioner to teach your complex care courses. Furthermore with many years teaching experience we are able to provide training to assist all types of learners allowing participants to become competent in their new skills. All of which enable us to create courses that are relevant, up to date and presented in a motivating and engaging manner. Thereby adapting the training to suit YOUR industry and YOUR learners.
CLINICAL CARE TRAINING
For our training we have a fully equiped skills lab which allows plenty of practical participation and our trainers use competency based training to ensure your staff are safe and competent in their new skills.
We are about creating Safe People to deliver safe care.
Our training incorporates:
Complex Care Training
Practical hands-on skills training
Face to Face Mandatory Training
Extensive OSCE training for Overseas Nurses
OSCE/NMC Overseas Nurses Training
The OSCE/NMC exam is required by all international Nurses wanting to work in the UK. The present success rate for passing first time is currently only 55% consequently many of these nurses become disheartened and fail to work in their desired profession.
Our 5-day training program, developed by a previous OSCE examiner and experienced trainer, aims to improve this success rate. Consequently, we anticipate securing a first-time pass for our attendees.
By offering a comprehensive 10-station OSCE training for Adult Health Nursing, spanning over 5 days, our training program not only provides ample opportunities to practice skills most importantly it offers extensive feedback from the trainers. Thereby helping to secure that pass.
We have a SURE way to help you SUCEED
