About Your Training

At Safe-Sure Care all are trainers are Qualified Practitioners in the area that they conduct training in and are either presently in clinical practice or have many year’s experience in their field of expertise.

The training team is led by an experienced Nurse from a Neurosurgical, Spinal and High Dependency background. Having trained in Cardiff, our Director is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience and as such she is an expert in many aspects of Clinical Care. She enjoys training and has acted as a mentor to students and colleagues, worked as a Clinical Facilitator, Lectured at Kings College, London and been involved in training now for over 20 years. In 2014/2015 she undertook and gained a credit in the NEBOSH Fire and Health and Safety certificate and having extended her area of expertise she has conducted and led in training in these important areas. She is able to provide both theoretical and practical fire training to suit any workplace and specialises in training care staff to evacuate any residential facilities safely.

Well apart from our experience we relate to all levels of students and not only can we make the most serious and what can be the most monotonous of subjects enjoyable, but with our expertise we are able to keep our training up to date with the most important standards.

About Your Consultancy Services

Safe-Sure Care Ltd provides a consultancy service which aims to help any care facility strive for OUTSTANDING care. It is led by a Director who is a Registered Nurse with extensive managerial experience. She has been a Ward Manager in various care settings and most recently a Deputy Manager in a very respected High Dependency Nursing Home and Rehabilitation centre.

As an innovative leader of high quality care she strives for constant improvement. As such she has been involved in and led on many aspects of service re-development and project management.

Using a Clinical Governance framework, she has been actively involved in auditing and investigating processes and has been active in implementing changes which helped two of the homes she has worked at recently achieve their OUTSTANDING rating. With Fairlie House actually achieving outstanding in 4 of the standards at its most recent inspection.

Her role has involved the Health and Safety and Fire Management within a number of organisations. Having gained the NEBOSH Fire and Health and Safety certification helped her to gain the knowledge to create a safe working environment and ensure all her client’s staff are “fire ready”, were there a fire.
