About Mandatory Training.
Mandatory training refers to training programs or courses that are required for individuals within an organization or a specific industry. In many cases, this training is typically essential for compliance with regulations or policies, especially in the healthcare sector, such as CQC standards. Moreover, it ensures that employees or participants have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and safely.
Every employee deserves a high quality induction and every employer should provide this, thereby not only complying with the legal requirements of HSE but ensuring their staff are kept safe and in the care industry provide safe care to patients.
At Safe-Sure Care, trainers not only have extensive safety and healthcare experience, but their director is an experienced Nurse Manager with NEBOSH Health and Safety and Fire certifications. Moreover, they possess an extensive portfolio of training and mentoring experience in the care industry.
