Health and Safety


There are a number of courses offered by Safe-Sure Care Ltd. All staff should have Mandatory Health and Safety training as part of their induction, and this can be certified by Safe-Sure Care or offered through the regulated centre

Health and Safety and incident and accident management is the responsibility of the “Accountable Person” and any good management system in a company should incorporate these aspects into their Health and Safety Policy. In particular an OUTSTANDING care organisation should have Clinical Governance systems in place. As part of these systems all businesses should train every member of staff in basic health and safety, for which Safe-Sure Care provides a mandatory training course for.

A safe organisation should have systems in place whereby link staff oversee any health and safety procedures and protocols and managers lead on their implementation, reviews and risk assessment processes. There are a number of levels of courses that in the classroom using Safe-Sure Care or they can be taken on line.

Mandatory Health and Safety Training

There are a number of solutions that Safe-Sure Care can provide for this course. Either as an introduction 1 hr mandatory session combined in its 4 hour or 6-hour induction program. (check out the information on the combined session) or as a 3-hour stand-alone Health and Safety training session to incorporate your own health and safety issues or procedures. They can be certified through Safe-Sure Care or through its Accreditation Centre, as registered or accredited courses.

Learning Outcomes

This course meets the requirements of HSE for organisations/companies to provide Health and Safety training as an induction for their staff.

How Many can Attend Training?

We will run this course for a maximum of 15 participants.

Who will Conduct the Training?

This course will be conducted by managers experienced in health care management, who have the NEBOSH Health and Safety and Fire certification. They have utilised their extensive experience in staff and patient safety and have helped a number of care facilities reach an outstanding rating by educating and mentoring staff in these important aspects of care and management.

Course Duration

This 1- hr course can be taken combined with other safety subjects to make up a 3,4- or 6-hour package for any induction. Contact Safe-Sure Care to arrange a package to suit your needs.

A 3-hr course can be conducted to include your own health and safety subjects.


Participants will be issued with a certificate of attendance from Safe-Sure Care ltd which is valid for a period of one year.
