This Basic Life Support course is provided by Safe-Sure Care Ltd through the authorising centre Protrainings uk. It can be taken as an online course or in the classroom or now as a webinar. This course covers Basic Life Support skills for Adult, Child and Infant as well as healthcare variations on infant CPR. This is suitable for anyone wanting to learn BLS skills as well as ideal for nurses, care workers or medical professionals needing annual updates to complete professional membership.

Diabetes Management and Treatment is suitable for Nurses looking after any patient with diabetes who needs a more in depth knowledge to liaise with other care professionals. It covers the types of diabetes, the related anatomy and physiology and the disease process, the signs and symptoms of diabetes and how to recognise and diagnoses the types of diabetic shock and how to deal with an emergency. It will cover types of treatment, medication and the types of insulin including their action times to allow participants to manage the insulin administration effectively.
The Epilepsy Training courses provides information and an overview about epilepsy.
There are two types of this course.
The course will provide an awareness of epilepsy covering the various types of epilepsy and seizures, the causes and triggers of a seizure and will also explain what to do in the event of a seizure.
Epilepsy Awareness with Buccal Midazolam Administration:
Will cover the all aspects of the awareness course and the administration of rescue medication, Buccal Midazolam with practical demonstrations of its use using video footage. It will explain the uses, benefits, mode of administration, the protocols to follow and the complications of Midazolam.

It will cover key information on laws, legislations, classifications of medicines. It will give staff the opportunity to refresh knowledge on the routes of administration as well as discussing what actions to take when things go wrong.
